Risk of serious NPP incidents rises because of events in Ukraine - CSTO

MOSCOW. Nov 5 (Interfax) - The events unfolding in Ukraine have multiplied the risk of serious incidents at nuclear power plants fraught with catastrophic consequences for vast territories, including those outside the combat zone, Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov said.
