Afghanistan's security, development meet CSTO's interests - CSTO secretary general

MOSCOW. Nov 6 (Interfax) - Afghanistan remains a serious threat to the security of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member states for the foreseeable future, CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov said.
