Tajikistan assumes chairmanship in SCO Council of Heads of Government

MOSCOW. Nov 18. (Interfax) - The chairmanship of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Council of Heads of Government has passed from Russia to Tajikistan, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced.
