Kazakhstan extends moratorium on selling consumer debt to collectors

ASTANA. Nov 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A moratorium on the sale of citizens' loans to debt collection agencies will be extended for another year until May 1, 2027, the head of the country's Financial Regulatory Agency, Madina Abylkasymova, announced Wednesday.
