Kazakhstan to develop new methodology for setting mortgage rates

ASTANA. Nov 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Financial Regulatory Agency and the National Bank will develop a new methodology for determining mortgage interest rates, the head of the agency, Madina Abylkasymova, announced Wednesday.
