OFAC issues clarifications on license for sale of Lukoil's foreign assets: expects efforts on deal, funds from it will be frozen

MOSCOW. Nov 19 (Interfax) - The U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) may revoke the license for the sale of Lukoil's foreign assets, which is currently valid until December 13, at any moment if it deems the efforts to complete the deal insufficient.
