Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan aim to complete Trans-Caspian fiber-optic cable line by end of 2026

ALMATY. Jan 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — A major undersea Fiber-Optic Cable Line (FOCL) across the Caspian Sea, linking Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, is now scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, a senior Kazakh official said Tuesday.
