Chevron, Quantum energy eye $22 bln bid for international Lukoil assets - FT

ALMATY. Jan 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — U.S. oil giant Chevron and private equity group Quantum Energy Partners are preparing to bid for the international assets of sanctioned Russian oil company Lukoil, the Financial Times reported Sunday, citing sources familiar with the matter.
