Injuries rise to 28, criminal probe launched after deadly Kazakh cafe blast

ALMATY. Feb 27 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The number of people injured in a gas explosion and fire at a cafe in northern Kazakhstan has risen to 28, including seven who were killed, authorities said Friday.
