Tengiz oil production near full capacity after January outage - Kazakh minister

ALMATY. Feb 27 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Oil production at the Tengiz field has nearly returned to full capacity following a January disruption, Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said Friday.
