Kazakhstan's Emergencies Ministry forms floods response team

ASTANA. March 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A group of forces and resources numbering more than 39,000 people and over 18,000 pieces of equipment has been formed in Kazakhstan to respond to possible spring floods, Minister of Emergency Situations Chingis Arinov said.
