ALMATY. March 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Several citizens of Kazakhstan were among more than 30 people detained following a dispute at a workers' camp in Russia's Ust-Luga port area, and received 10-day administrative arrests, Kazakhstan's Foreign Ministry said Monday.
