Developing relations with Kazakhstan is Russia's foreign policy priority - Russian Security Council

MOSCOW. March 30 (Interfax) - A committee of the Russian Security Council's Scientific Expert Board has discussed the development of Russian-Kazakh relations in the context of the Kazakh constitutional reform at a meeting, the Russian Security Council's press service said on Monday.
