Kazakh president congratulates new Iraqi leader on election
ALMATY. April 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev extended his congratulations Monday to Nizar Amidi on his election as president of Iraq, Tokayev's press service said.
