Turkmen president proposes regional climate technology, desertification centers for Central Asia

ASHGABAT. April 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedow on Wednesday proposed establishing regional centers for climate technologies and combating desertification for Central Asian countries.
