Tokayev says 'seven foundations' friendship deal with Russia will go down in history of bilateral ties

ALMATY. May 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Thursday that a newly signed declaration on the seven foundations of friendship and good-neighborly relations between Kazakhstan and Russia will go down in the history of bilateral cooperation.
