Russia, Kazakhstan agree terms for nuclear plant loan and cooperation

ALMATY. May 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Russia and Kazakhstan signed agreements Thursday setting out the terms for cooperation on building Kazakhstan's first nuclear power plant and for a Russian export credit to finance the bulk of the project.
