Kazakhstan passes laws to protect teachers' rights, limit phone use in schools

ALMATY. May 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's Senate approved legislation aimed at strengthening protections for teachers, tightening rules on mobile phone use in schools and clarifying educators' responsibilities for student safety.
