MOSCOW. May 29 (Interfax) - The U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has extended until June 27 the license, due to expire on May 30, which permits negotiations and agreements with Lukoil (MOEX: LKOH) on the sale of LUKOIL International GmbH (LIG), the owner of Lukoil's foreign assets, or any company controlled by it.
