Kazakhstan, China's Urumqi Airlines discuss possible joint carrier to boost tourism

ASTANA. Aug 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh Deputy Transport Minister Talgat Lastayev has discussed new routes and the possibility of a joint airline with Urumqi Airlines Vice President Zhang Liang, the Transport Ministry said.
