ASTANA. Aug 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has congratulated Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the 35th anniversary of Ukraine's independence, the Kazakh presidential press service said.
