KazMunayGas, Samsung E&A sign deal to expand Pavlodar refinery

ASTANA. Sept 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — KazMunayGas and Samsung E&A signed an agreement to expand the Pavlodar petrochemical plant to 9 million tonnes per year, the Samruk-Kazyna state fund's press service said.
