Member countries of Organization of Turkic States plan to establish development bank with capital of $1 bln

BAKU. Sept 16 (Interfax) - The member countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) plan to establish a development bank with initial capital of $1 billion, Kursad Zorlu, Deputy Chairman of Turkey's ruling Justice and Development Party, told the APA news agency.
