CSTO expects Armenia, Azerbaijan to conclude peace agreement soon - secretary general

MINSK. Nov 4 (Interfax) - A sustainable dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan helps reduce the potential for conflict, and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) hopes that the two countries will conclude a peace agreement soon, CSTO Secretary General Taalatbek Masadykov said.
