Kazakhstan weighs annual passes, differentiated tolls for freight trucks

ASTANA. Nov 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan is considering changes to how commercial trucks pay to use its roads, including annual passes and toll rates that vary by vehicle, the government’s press service said.
