Tokayev: Kazakh citizens to make decision directly affecting country's destiny at referendum on new Constitution
ASTANA. Feb 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated that the country is on the threshold of historic changes, reminding that on March 15, citizens will make their choice on the new Constitution at a referendum.
