ASTANA. Feb 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The contribution of the oil and gas sector to GDP growth will gradually decline in the medium term and be offset by faster development in manufacturing and other non-resource sectors, Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin said on Tuesday.
