Kazakh parliament passes constitutional law on special legal regime for Alatau city

ALMATY. March 27 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's parliament adopted a constitutional law Friday that establishes a special legal regime for the city of Alatau, aiming to create conditions for accelerated and sustainable development.
