BAKU. June 2 (Interfax) - Kazakhstan views the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil pipeline as a priority route for oil exports and plans to use some of its spare capacity, Kazakh Energy Minister Erlan Akkenzhenov said.
