Russian Industry and Trade Ministry supports zeroing out mineral extraction tax for REM projects in exchange for investments

YEKATERINBURG. July 7 (Interfax) - The Industry and Trade Ministry continues to push for zeroing out the mineral extraction tax (MET) for rare earth metal (REM) mining projects and supports the option of tax incentives tied to investments.
