Kazakhstan to improve bitumen quality for road building

ASTANA. Nov 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s transport ministry, working with the energy ministry and KazMunayGas, has drawn up plans to raise bitumen quality and move to producing polymer-modified bitumen, the government’s press office said on Monday.
