Kazakhstan foils attempt to smuggle 11 rare falcons to Uzbekistan

ASTANA. Nov 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s border guards stopped a man from smuggling 11 saker falcons, a species listed in the country’s Red Book of endangered animals, across the border into Uzbekistan, the National Security Committee’s press service said Wednesday.
