Uzbekistan puts Bukhara refinery upgrade at $328 mln

TASHKENT. Nov 4 (Interfax) – Uzbekistan estimates the total cost of upgrading the Bukhara Oil Refinery at $328 million, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s press service said in a statement after he visited the plant in the Karaulbazar district on Tuesday.
