Ukrainian president signs order on personal sanctions against Lukashenko - media
MINSK. Feb 18 (Interfax) - Ukraine has imposed personal sanctions on Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Ukrainian media said on Wednesday, citing the respective order of Vladimir Zelensky.
