World leaders congratulate Kazakhstan's president at start of Ramadan
ALMATY. Feb 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan has received congratulations from a number of world leaders on the occasion of the start of the holy month of Ramadan, his press service said Saturday.
