Tokayev congratulates Japanese emperor on birthday
ASTANA. Feb 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a congratulatory telegram to Japanese Emperor Naruhito on his birthday, the presidential press service reported Monday.
