Kazakh central bank proposes limiting nonresidents' access to short-term notes

ASTANA. Nov 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's National Bank has put draft changes to its auction rules out for public discussion that would limit nonresidents' access to the regulator's short-term notes.
